Indexing - coupling - clamping - locking CyTab does all that in a single pass. The form of the pallet clamping system is based on the design of the mechanical collet chuck clamp. The clever part is found in the holder flange. This has been designed as a short taper with face contact (DIN 55026). This contour is orientated towards the drilled shank interface. Indexing and clamping take place in the pallet clamp via the patented CyTab locking system in combination with a collet chuck. During pallet indexing, the contact surfaces are cleaned with compressed air. |
